Pink Mantis Beauty is booked every year for CMA Awards, music video productions, live music performances, and high-profile Nashville events. Our Emmy Award-winning lead artist has created looks for country artists, celebrity clients, and entertainment professionals throughout Music City. We have serviced countless clients and events for various shoots and events, from conventions at Music City Center & Gaylord Opryland, to weddings at Bridge Building and Country Music Hall of Fame, to Live Music Performances at Bridgestone, Grand ole Opry and Ryman Auditorium.

Photo & Media Release
We take pride in our award-winning results and love to showcase our artistry. By booking a service, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken.
These images may be used for portfolio purposes or shared on our social media platforms. If you require absolute privacy, please inform us in writing during the booking process. An addendum is also required as part of the SOW contract.
Confidentiality & NDA Summary
Pink Mantis Beauty operates with total discretion. We respect the high-profile nature of many of our events and the privacy of our Celebrity and high profile clientele. Any filmed or photographed sensitive material or press releases, as we understand release parameters and ownership rights, if there is material able to be used for Pink Mantis Beauty's portfolio please list whom to contact for stills or reels.
Our artists are accustomed to working under NDAs and are committed to maintaining the highest level of professional confidentiality regarding event details and surroundings. If you require any confidentiality guidelines, kindly let us know in advance and we will make it consistently clear with any Artist involved. Unless stated as not permitted, personal BTS photos are taken on shoots for blog & business updates.

What is the minimum service policy price for Pink Mantis Beauty?

The minimum service price is $350, which typically covers at least two services, such as a combo hair and makeup service. Additional fees may apply based on specific booking details. The rates listed are starting price rates and do not include fees as per the booking policy finalized price at checkout must exceed $350 to meet the Pink Mantis Beauty minimum service price rate per booking appointment.

What is the cancellation and refund policy for Event or Special Occasion Glam Services?

Retainer & Booking ConfirmationService Retainer: A 100% service retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. This retainer is a commitment to the stylist’s availability.Final Price Review: The total price at the time of booking is an estimate. All bookings are subject to approval and adjustment upon review. If travel fees, early morning surcharges, or other applicable fees were missed, these will be added to your balance and must be paid to confirm the appointment.The 48-Hour "Grace Period"Strict Refund Window: You have exactly 48 hours from the moment you book the appointment to cancel and receive a refund of your retainer.Total Forfeiture: Once 48 hours have passed from the time of booking, the entire retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. By moving forward, you agree that this amount is a guaranteed payment for the reserved time.Rescheduling, Relocation & ChangesRescheduling Fee: Any request to change the date or time is subject to a $69 fee and is based strictly on availability.Relocation Fee: If the service location changes, a relocation fee will be applied based on the mileage difference between the original and new location. This may also trigger an increase in the travel fee.Service Minimums: Once the 48-hour window has passed, the total service value is "locked." You may add services or swap for a service of equal/greater value (subject to availability), but you cannot reduce the total amount owed.

Every Pink Mantis Beauty look is built for all-day longevity — long-wear, humidity-proof, and 4K-ready. Event and glam looks are set to last 8–12+ hours under any lighting condition. An exfoliating prep facial add-on ($69) is available to further extend the longevity (16hr wear) of your makeup.
