Final Price Review: The total price at the time of booking is an estimate. All bookings are subject to approval and adjustment upon review. If travel fees, early morning surcharges, or other applicable fees were missed, these will be added to your balance and must be paid to confirm the appointment. The 48-Hour "Grace Period" Strict Refund Window: You have exactly 48 hours from the moment you book the appointment to cancel and receive a refund of your retainer. Total Forfeiture: Once 48 hours have passed from the time of booking, the entire retainer is non-refundable and non-transferable. By moving forward, you agree that this amount is a guaranteed payment for the reserved time. Rescheduling, Relocation & Changes Rescheduling Fee: Any request to change the date or time is subject to a $69 fee and is based strictly on availability.
