When Paris Comes to Nashville: Glamming an International Hermès Team

Updated: 15 hours ago
3 Artists | 15-20+ Guests | 1 Live Band | 1 Night
Some nights remind me why I built this business the way I did. In October 2025, our team was booked for an Hermès brand activation — and the guest list included corporate employees flown in from Paris, plus a live band performing throughout the night. Full dinner service. An open bar. And a room full of people who work for one of the most recognized luxury houses in the world, expecting the same level of polish they'd get anywhere else on earth.
Nashville doesn't get many nights like that. I made sure we brought one.

Elevated for the Occasion
We didn't show up with a standard event setup. For this one, we brought in elevated, light-up vanities — the kind of setup that makes a getting-ready space feel like part of the experience, not just a functional pit stop before the party starts. Paired with our professional-grade, luxury product kits, the goal was simple: whoever sat down in that chair, whether they were local, had just landed from Paris, or were about to walk on stage, should feel like they'd stepped into a proper glam experience.
Three Artists, One Detailed Itinerary
An event at this level doesn't run on instinct alone — it runs on a plan. All three of us worked from a detailed itinerary for the night, covering initial application for the full guest list and the band, plus scheduled touch-ups timed around the live performance and dinner service. That structure is what let three artists deliver a consistent, elevated standard across dozens of people without a single person feeling rushed or overlooked, whether it was their first sit-down of the night or their third touch-up before the band took the stage.
Glamming performers adds its own layer — stage lighting, movement, sweat under hot lights during a live set — on top of everything a corporate guest list needs. Managing both within the same night, on the same itinerary, is exactly the kind of coordinated execution that separates a team built for scale from a single artist working solo.
"A real VIP, high-class celebrity experience — in Nashville"
Glamming a Global Team, One Chair at a Time
There's something genuinely unique about doing hair and makeup for a team that flew in from Paris to be in Nashville for one night — and for the band bringing the room to life around them. It's a reminder that luxury doesn't have a hometown. When it lands somewhere, the standard doesn't drop just because you're not in a major fashion capital.
Three artists, a room full of Hermès corporate employees and guests, a live band performing, dinner service moving around us — and every single person, on stage or off, walked away looking like they belonged exactly where they were. See Full Portfolio Project with more photos and reels!
Why This Matters for Nashville
Moments like this are proof of something I believe strongly: Nashville doesn't have to import luxury-level artistry for events like this. It's already here. When international brands bring their teams — and their entertainment — to Music City, the beauty experience they receive should match the caliber of everything else in the room.
That's the standard Pink Mantis Beauty was built to meet.
