Avoid applying heavy makeup or skincare products, so our makeup artists can create a flawless look tailored to your features. If you have specific inspiration or reference images, bring them along to help communicate your desired style. For bridal or event clients, wear a button-up shirt or outfit that won’t disrupt your hair or makeup when changing. Additionally, communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or preferences ahead of time to help us customize your experience safely. Arriving on time and well-rested also contributes to a smooth, timely session, ensuring you look your absolute best for your photoshoot, production, or special event. Yes, a service retainer is required to secure your booking date. This confirms your appointment and ensures our artist is reserved exclusively for you. The remaining balance if any, is due to be submitted for processing within 48hr of appointment date. (excluding production)Early Arrival Fee: Appointments requiring the artist to travel or arrive before 8:00 AM incur a $69/hour fee. No appointments are accepted before 5:00 AM.Peak Travel Surcharge: Bookings during high-traffic windows (Mon-Fri 8am-10am & 3pm-6pm) may be subject to additional/higher travel fees.Travel & Mileage: A flat $39 local travel fee applies to all mobile appointments, covering round-trip travel within our included 20-mile service radius from 37211. How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

Every booking request is personally reviewed and confirmed by Stephanie within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is approved — until then your date is not secured. Do not assume your date is held until you receive written confirmation.

Absolutely. Stephanie's professional kit is fully stocked with shades, formulas, and techniques for every skin tone, undertone, age, and hair type. Inclusive artistry is a core part of Pink Mantis Beauty's standard — every client receives the same award-winning level of attention regardless of complexion, age, or texture.

What is your cancellation policy?

All retainer payments are non-refundable. For non-bridal and event bookings — if you cancel, the full balance remains due. For bridal bookings — cancellation terms are governed by your signed contract. If no trial was scheduled prior to cancellation, the total owed including taxes, fees, and gratuity is still due. For production and corporate cancellations negotiations are outlined prior so securing booking/appointment for services. If Pink Mantis Beauty cancels, a full refund is issued or a qualified replacement artist is provided.

We take client service appointments every day of the week, and client can book an appointment 24/7 online for for service hours of Monday through Friday 5am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 5am-10pm.
