POLICIES & FEES: WE NOW ONLY PROVIDE MOBILE ON DEMAND SERVICES , AS IN, WE ONLY COME TO YOU! However, A trial appointment or in-home studio appointment is optional upon request ONLY (studio location is i Murfreesboro). All Appointments for services are on a first come, first serve basis!
Prices and Rates listed are before service fees, CC processing fee, or gratuity is added. In order to secure your service appointment, you must first complete and sign the Pink Mantis Beauty Client Contract along with a payment of a non-refundable retainer fee (If retainer is paid electronically on any payment platform, it will be invoiced and applied towards total service balance.)
[Bridal] Bride or Full glam Hair & Makeup service includes faux mink lashes, air-flash foundation, and travel fee up to twenty miles. A pre-event trial is a full run through of the services and will cost accordingly, price for trial is the same as regular rates. Adjustments can be made at the time of trial/consultation. Upon travel to you, if service location is further than the included travel distance, travel fee is $1.00 per mile over the 20 miles from Murfreesboro (travel is calculated for round-trip or total mileage). After completion of trial, (trials are optional, free consultation available) you have up to 48 hrs to complete and sign final contract if you have not already, or decline services in which no additional retainer is due.
If you decide to cancel services past the 48hr from trial date window, 50% of contract total will be owed. If you did not have a trial, any forfeit, or cancelation made is the clients responsibility to pay half of total amount owed, with taxes, fees and gratuity added, failure to do so could result in a lawful pursuit, in which additional civil court and attorneys fees may become applicable. Changes or subtractions to signed and completed client contract will not be permitted. If changes are made to the amount of services and or clients, the full amount stated on the contract is still owed. Appointments will be canceled for clients arriving no more than 30 minutes late and charged for full amount.
Within 24hr-48hr of event day, one total payment for all agreed services will be due. If a retainer deposit has previously been paid, the remaining balance due will be requested. (Please NO SPLIT/SEPERATE PAYMENTS FOR MULTIPLE SERVICES, OR LARGE GROUPS)
Pink Mantis Beauty is licensed and insured and can provide COI at any time. A certificate of insurance acts as proof of Business General Liability coverage. Added fee may apply depending on payment method used, and for add-on services such as a blowout ($75) or extension instillation ($25) Exfoliating prep facials are offered and highly recommended! ($50) Add-on services are only to be added to another service as they are not single or individual services, this includes blowout and facial. $350 service minimum.
A 72hr advance notice is required before booking services or a short notice fee or last minute booking fee of ($50) will be applicable. Additionally, if there is an early arrival ($50 & up) (Artist has to leave before 8am, fee may increase, including per diem) *see pricing* All total payments will have 20% gratuity, 5% service fee, & Credit Card Processing fee of 3% + $0.39.
[APPOINTMENT PREPERATIONS]: We at Pink Mantis Beauty have dedicated our lives to our clients and beauty services! In order to be best service clients for the day of your appointment, and ensure the smoothest experience for everyone, kindly take care of all needs and priorities ahead of time! Such as: Eating or using restroom, texting or phone calls, kindly crate all animals and have childcare prearranged, (Don’t get me wrong we love pets and babies, however distractions may interfere with strict timelines as Artists have multiple clients a day) please have clean, dry, face and hair with no product!
As all initial hair and makeup products used for services are provided by us, it is best to bring any touch up products, especially for any long lasting events! My Pro touch-up products can be found on my Amazon Associate storefront where I have curated my personal favorites! Most definitely have a lipstick or gloss to reapply at the very least! (this does not apply to production or brides who have paid or will pay for all day rates or hourly touch-up rates)
Have reference photos to show on hand at your appointment or trial! No need to send beforehand as we see hundreds of clients a year and photos get lost in translation! Yes, we know how to do any look you may throw our way, as a team we have a combined 20+years of experience!
The Consultation is most detrimental steps in client’s service process, and we aim to please! Any open room or space with natural light/windows and at least one outlet(extension cords provided with gear) will be best as we provide any and ALL products, gear, equipment, lighting, tools, hair, makeup and skincare needed. For on-demand or mobile services, clients are responsible for artists parking fees. Please familiarize yourself with any added appointment fees such as travel, gratuity and administrative service fees added to total, accepted forms of payment are Square, Paypal, Venmo, or ApplePay if you booked through Fresha app, final payment will finalize there and will be 24hrs prior to appointment! To the extent permitted by applicable law and subject to our privacy policy, you acknowledge and agree. that we may use certain third-party vendors and service providers to process payments. Each payment platforms processing fees may vary.
