These policies are designed to ensure clear communication and a professional environment for both our Artists and our extremely valued Clients. We use the information you provide solely to respond to inquiries, communicate about services or bookings, and provide customer support. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

How Your Information Is Stored

Information submitted through this website may be collected via secure Google services and delivered directly to our business email. We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Third party services or integrated apps are installed however have no access to your sensitive information within your client account.

Your Rights

You may request to review, update, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting us. You may also access what information is provided within your client account and edit or remove it at any time you see fit.

If you decide to remove your information however, you may not receive important updates regarding your scheduled serve appointment and in that case may be liable for any late fee or cancellation fees accrued as a  result.

Booking & Service Policy

Booking & Deposits

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures our artists are reserved exclusively for your scheduled date and time. A deposit payment is required to secure any appointment. No exceptions. [unless prior corporate or production contractual terms state otherwise] For corporate or commercial production clients, payment terms and conditions are privately arranged and agreed upon before solidifying services. A signed legal contract will be required stating negotiated payment agreement and service terms. The Client Contract & Policy Agreement is attached to every service upon making an appointment.

Upon paying the deposit and confirmation of appointment, the remaining balance for services is due 24-48hr before the day of the event as per your individual service agreement. Please note that bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been cleared. Due to optional third party payments, processing times and fees vary, therefore is required to be submitted and processed in advance.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Fees

We understand that schedules can change. However, appointments made within 48 hours of the scheduled service will result in last minute booking fee if an appointment is even available.

Service Appointment times within peak travel/high traffic times (Mon-Fri 8am-10am & 3pm-6pm) are subjected to additional fees. For peak morning travel /traffic times if your appointment time requires Artist to leave before 8am there will be an Early Arrival fee of $50 for each hour starting before 8am. No Appointments before 5am will be accepted, As our service appointment hours are Mon-Fri 5am-8pm & Sat-Sun 5am-10pm. 

No-shows or cancellations within 7 days or less of the appointment or event will be charged the full service amount stated on Client Contract/Invoice including applicable fees, and gratuity. If an appointment is cancelled before the 7 day window, only the deposit will be lost.

Production shoots and Corporate Event rates are subjected to these fees (Determined quote varies upon all info provided) as well additional kit, (large groups of 4 or more)  travel mileage/per diem and overtime. exceeding standard Full Day/10hr and Half day/5hr rates. 

There is a 20% gratuity, 5% service/admin fee, and 3% CC fee depending on how you chose to pay for your service appointment, if you have a large group an additional artist fee may apply (5 or more people)


*Bridal Client Cancellation: We have clients who book years in advance. Because of the high demand of services, Pink Mantis Beauty has limited availability. [Bridal cancellation policy is strict in terms of contractually agreement and it not being able to be adjusted once signed] (Brides who schedule trial have within 48hr of trial (only applies to brides who book a trial) to cancel day of contract. As such, the deposit will be lost but the wedding day balance will not be owed. After trial window changes or subtractions to signed and completed client contract will not be permitted.  If you did not have a trial scheduled, any forfeit, or cancelation made is the the clients responsibility to pay the total amount owed at, with taxes, fees and gratuity added. failure to do so could result in a lawful pursuit, in which additional civil court and attorneys fees may become applicable. 

Service Provisions, Health & Safety

Our Licensed artists follow rigorous sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of all clients. State board of Cosmetology requires 1500 educational hours and half and safety and sanitation. This is required as a level of standard as we offer not just luxury beauty services, but an unforgettable experience. Please notify us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to the application. Or in any event of a fever or contagion of any kind.

Clients are expected to have a clean, face and dry, clean hair (with no products) unless otherwise specified for the requested service. If you must use products for your face or hair, use sparingly and give enough time to fully absorb before your appointment. Upon any appointment confirmation a list of appointment preparations will be sent.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual showing signs of contagious skin conditions or illnesses to protect our team and other clients. We do this only out of the highest standard of safety as this is not just my full time job but my way of life.

Photo & Media Release

We take pride in our award-winning results and love to showcase our artistry. By booking a service, you grant permission for photos and videos to be taken.

These images may be used for portfolio purposes or shared on our social media platforms. If you require absolute privacy, please inform us in writing during the booking process.

Confidentiality & NDA Summary

Pink Mantis Beauty operates with total discretion. We respect the high-profile nature of many of our events and the privacy of our Celebrity and high profile clientele. Any filmed or photographed sensitive material or press releases, as we understand release parameters and ownership rights, if there is material able to be used for Pink Mantis Beauty's portfolio please list whom to contact for stills or reels.

Our artists are accustomed to working under NDAs and are committed to maintaining the highest level of professional confidentiality regarding event details and surroundings. If you require any confidentiality guidelines, kindly let us know in advance and we will make it consistently clear with any Artist involved. Unless stated as not permitted, personal BTS photos are taken on shoots for blog & business updates.

Limitation of Liability

However fully covered and insured by several business policies/COI Pink Mantis Beauty and its contractors are not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects resulting from products used during services. See my Pro Kit page for items I consistently use on clients.

It is the client's responsibility to disclose any and all potential sensitivities or medical conditions during the initial intake to ensure a safe experience. Failure to do so releases Pink Mantis Beauty of any harm or liability in the event a physical reaction occurs.

Artist's are responsible however to maintain sanitation protocols and due diligence in terms of products being used and the ingredients within those products. Additionally, construct a full and thorough consultation with client before any services are performed.

General Terms

Pink Mantis Beauty reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Services are provided on-location, and travel fees may apply based on mileage from 37218. Rates include 20 miles of travel. It is necessary to read all possible fees that may apply to you upon booking as we do not allow deposits to be refunded  under any circumstances.

Automatic approval of client led online bookings, may affect appointment pricing and is subject to change upon review of Pink Mantis Beauty. By moving forward with a booking, and submitting an appointment, the client acknowledges and accepts all policies outlined above.
