What are your prices?

 For a full list of a la carte prices and possible add on fees, please visit my Pricing page!  Prices and Rates listed are before service fees/administrative, CC processing fee, or gratuity is added. If you need on-site services, meaning we come to you, there will be an additional fee. 48hr advance before booking  is required or there will be a short notice fee or last minute booking fee of ($50)

Additionally, if there is an early arrival ($50 & up) (Artist has to leave before 8am, fee may increase)

In order to secure your service appointment, you must first complete and sign the Pink Mantis Beauty Client Contract along with a payment of a non-refundable retainer fee (If retainer is paid electronically on any payment platform, it will be invoiced and applied towards total balance due at time of service.

Do you travel?

Yes!

This is my way of making your service experience as convenient and pampering as possible. We offer mobile hair and makeup services for both your trial appointment and your wedding day — and you also have the option to come to my in home studio.

Travel details and fees: Complimentary travel is included for locations within a 20-mile radius of downtown Nashville, TN. If travel exceeds the 20-mile radius, we will provide a customized travel quote prior to your consultation. We travel throughout Middle Tennessee, including Franklin, Brentwood, Mt. Juliet, Green Hills, and surrounding areas. Production shoots I consider working as a local are Atlanta, Birmingham, Louisville eat. Can I book a trial run appointment before I decide to book?

Of Coarse! For your big day, my goal is to answer any and all questions, and give you exactly what you're looking for in order for you to feel 100% confident in my skills and professional ability! A Bridal hair trial is optional however, as I still offer free consultations! I always recommend my bridal clients my add-on Exfoliating Prep Facial by the #1 Skincare Brand and my affiliate Dr.Dennis Gross! This service is quick, deep cleans, and adds longevity to your makeup which is crucial for ceremonious activities! Pink Mantis Beauty provides professional hair, makeup, blowouts, and rejuvenating facials for large groups, specializing in seamless service for bridal parties, talent casts, corporate events, and special occasions. Our experienced team delivers on-site servicess with efficient scheduling, all products, gear and equipment to set up and suit each client’s style and skin needs, and coordinated timelines to keep your event running smoothly.

We accommodate diverse team sizes, (up to 25 people) offer trial sessions and package options, and use high-quality products to ensure long-lasting results and camera-ready finishes for photos and film. Trust Pink Mantis Beauty to bring polished, consistent, and stress-free beauty services to your group so everyone looks and feels their best.

We do bridal parties, bachelorette, corporate events and conventions, birthdays, tv productions, photography, runway, fashion shows, and more! *Note only one total invoice will be taken as we do not accept individual or split payments.

How much time does my trial, Wedding Day, or Event services take?

The time needed for hair and makeup varies depending on the number and complexity of services booked and the desired outcome: a simple touch-up or everyday look can take 20–45 minutes, a full makeup application with hairstyling for photos or events typically requires 60–90 minutes, and bridal or editorial packages that include trials, intricate updos, special effects, or multiple hair changes often need 2–3 hours or more. Allow extra time for consultations, adjustments, and any hair prep such as washing, smoothing, extensions, or color blending; factor in additional travel or setup time for on-site services. Communicate your reference images and priorities ahead of time so your artist can recommend the appropriate appointment length and ensure the best result without feeling rushed. Please allow 2 hours for each bridal trial service, Wedding Day Hair & Makeup,  or event, and an hour for any single service! Come to the trial prepared with any inspirational reference photos, questions comment concerns, and prepare personally before our appointment by having clean dry product-less face and hair! This preperation will allow a seamless process for the big day! Larger casts or events we will work with your timeline and can have clients camera ready in whatever time you are needing! Consutation will help fully determine this.

Do you provide everything needed for services?

Yes, aside from an open room or space with natural light and windows and at least one outlet (yay for extension cords) will be ideal—we provide all gear, equipment, lighting, tools, and hair, makeup, and skincare products needed, all from top-of-the-line professional luxury brands. We arrive with director’s chairs and a full kit so you can focus on getting camera-ready without worrying about supplies or set-up; whether it’s a sun-drenched studio, a bright living room, or a pop-up location, our team adapts to the space to deliver flawless, professional results.

How do I best prepare for services?

APPOINTMENT PREPARATIONS: At Pink Mantis Beauty we’ve dedicated our careers to providing professional, timely hair and makeup services — to help us deliver the best experience please take care of personal needs before your appointment: eat, use the restroom, finish phone calls and texts, and arrange childcare and pet care (we adore babies and animals, but distractions can affect tight schedules). Arrive with clean, dry, product‑free hair and skin — we supply all initial products for your service; bring any touch‑up items you’ll want for the event (lipstick or gloss is a must). If you’re booking touch‑up time or an all‑day/ hourly service for weddings or productions, those arrangements supersede the need to bring personal products. Please have reference photos available to show at your appointment or trial rather than sending them ahead; we see hundreds of clients yearly and visuals can get lost. Our team has 20+ years of combined experience and will work with any look you bring — preparing in advance helps us stay on schedule and ensures the best possible outcome for your appointment.

How do I book your team or multiple artists?

To reserve my team or book services for your wedding or special event, please visit the Contact page and complete the service request form, or email me, or text (931) 446-1489 directly. For groups of five or more, an assistant or additional pro may be required; this can affect the final quote due to an assistant/administrative fee of $250 per additional artist (bridal only). Providing all requested details when you contact us will help ensure a smoother, more time-efficient process and more accurate pricing and scheduling.

We provide professional hair and makeup services anytime, anywhere, and for any occasion—whether it's bridal, editorial, TV, corporate events, film and television, proms, or an impromptu photoshoot. Our team of experienced stylists and makeup artists travels to your preferred location with a full kit of premium products and tools, delivering personalized looks that suit your style, skin tone, and event requirements. From quick touch-ups and natural daytime looks to full glam transformations and long-wear application, we ensure punctual, hygienic, and detail-oriented service so you look and feel your best, no matter the time or place.
