Cancellation Policy

Payment: Pink Mantis Beauty accepts credit card, debit card, ACH transfer, invoice, or a client's own documented vendor payment system. We do not accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, or personal checks. A 5% admin fee and 20% gratuity apply to all services. Payment terms — including whether full payment, a deposit, or invoicing applies — are set at the individual service level and confirmed at time of booking. Availability: Due to high demand, Pink Mantis Beauty has limited availability. All bookings require manual approval before confirmation. Travel: A travel fee of $1 per mile, one-way, applies to locations more than 20 miles from Downtown Metro Nashville. Media & Confidentiality: Pink Mantis Beauty may photograph or film finished work for portfolio, social media, and promotional use. Notify us in writing before your appointment if you prefer not to be photographed. An NDA is available on request for high-profile or confidential bookings. Information shared by either party is kept confidential except as required by law. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Mantis Beauty is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from services, the website, booking tools, or acts/omissions at any location. These terms are governed by Tennessee law. Changes to Terms: Pink Mantis Beauty may modify services, tools, and pricing at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Continued use of our booking tools constitutes acceptance of current terms. See the full policy on our Website Policy page. Cancellations: If a trial is scheduled, you have 48 hours after the trial to cancel (deposit lost; wedding-day balance not owed). After that, the full amount remains due. If no trial was scheduled, cancellation is the client's responsibility and the total owed is due, with taxes, fees, and gratuity added. Bridal cancellations are otherwise governed by the signed contract.
