Cancellation Policy

1. Professional Attribution: The Client acknowledges Stephanie Wilson (@pinkmantisbeauty) as the artist responsible for hair and makeup services. The Client shall ensure that Stephanie Wilson is explicitly credited in all social media posts, digital press, or editorial features where her work is visible. Credit Format: "Hair/Makeup by Stephanie Wilson (@pinkmantisbeauty)" Remediation: If the Artist is inadvertently omitted from credit, the Client agrees to update the attribution within 48 hours of notification. 2. Asset Delivery and Usage Rights: In consideration of the services provided, the Client shall facilitate the delivery of high-resolution digital assets (photographs, video, and/or behind-the-scenes content) featuring the Artist's work. Delivery: Assets shall be provided to the Artist via a digital download link to contact@pinkmantisbeauty.com within 15 days of the project’s public release. Usage Rights: The Artist is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use these assets for professional portfolio building, website display, and self-promotion on social media channels. 3. Digital Attribution and Backlinks: For all web-based publications, corporate websites, or digital advertisements associated with this project, the Client shall include an active, functional hyperlink (backlink) to the Artist's website at pinkmantisbeauty.com. Placement: The link should be included in the credits, staff, or "about" section of the associated webpage. 4. Project Verification: The Client agrees to provide reasonable assistance to the Artist in verifying her contribution to the production for professional databases, including IMDb, upon request. 5. Please note the photographer, DP, manager, coordinators or responsible party of asset's contact information listed on the SOW or addendum form.
