Cancellation Policy

Booking, Payment & Cancellations: No date is held without a retainer payment and a signed contract. The balance due at time of booking may change upon appointment approval; applicable fees will be added upon confirmation. We accept Venmo, Zelle, and credit card (and other methods as offered); third‑party processing fees may apply as well as 5% Admin, and 20% gratuity. Because of the high demand of services and clients booked out until 2028, Pink Mantis Beauty has limited availability. Non‑bridal/event cancellations: payments are non‑refundable and the full balance is still due. Bridal cancellations: governed by the signed contract. If a trial is scheduled (trial clients only), you have 48 hours after the trial to cancel the contract (deposit is lost; wedding‑day balance not owed). After that, no subtractions can be made and any cancellation results in the full amount still being owed. If no trial was scheduled, any forfeiture/cancellation remains the client’s responsibility and the total amount owed is due, with taxes, fees, and gratuity added. Artist cancellation: if an emergency prevents services, a full refund is issued only if a qualified replacement cannot be found. Travel fee: $1 per mile for locations more than 20 miles from Downtown Metro Nashville (may vary by availability/location). Media, Confidentiality & Liability: We may take photos/videos of finished hair and makeup for portfolio, social media, website, and promotional use. If you do not wish to be photographed/recorded, notify us in writing before the appointment. NDA available upon request for celebrity/high‑profile/private clients; we may sign a client‑provided NDA when appropriate. Confidential information shared by either party must be kept confidential, used only for agreed purposes, and not disclosed without permission (except as required by law). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pink Mantis Beauty (including owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates) is not liable for injuries, losses, claims, or damages (direct/indirect/incidental/consequential, etc.) arising from or connected with services, the website, booking tools, applications, or acts/omissions at any location. Terms are governed by Tennessee law. Policies may be updated; continued use means acceptance. See Full Policy on Websites Policy Page. Pink Mantis Beauty may modify its services, website, booking tools, and pricing structure at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
