This includes any direct, indirect, special, exemplary, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in any way connected with: This agreement or these terms; Any use of Pink Mantis Beauty member services or beauty services by you;-Any failure, delay, or inability to use any part of the Pink Mantis Beauty website, booking tools, or applications; or Any acts or omissions of a Pink Mantis Beauty professional at your home, venue, or any other location, whether related to the provision of beauty services or otherwise. Pink Mantis Beauty may modify its services, website, booking tools, and pricing structure at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice. This may include removing, adding, or changing features or pricing. Pink Mantis Beauty has no liability to you for any such changes. If you object to any changes, your sole remedy is to stop using Pink Mantis Beauty services. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept and agree to the updated terms and pricing. General Terms: Choice of Law: These policies and terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict‑of‑law rules.
