Cancellation Policy

Bridal & Wedding Cancellations Bridal bookings are governed by a separate written bridal contract and do not follow the 72‑hour policy above. In general: * The bridal contract is strict and cannot be adjusted once signed, except as stated in that contract. * Brides who schedule a trial may have a limited window (for example, 48 hours after the trial) to cancel the wedding‑day contract for a refund, if this is specified in the contract. * After that window, any cancellation will follow the terms in the signed bridal contract and may result in the full amount still being owed. 4. Service Provisions, Health & Safety Clean Canvas To ensure the best results and timing: * Clients must arrive with clean, dry hair and a moisturized, makeup‑free face, unless otherwise instructed. * Additional blowout services are available if booked in advance. Please do not arrive with wet or damp hair unless a blowout service has been added. Allergies & Sensitivities * The client must inform the artist of any known allergies or skin sensitivities prior to services. * The artist is not liable for adverse reactions to products if allergies or sensitivities were not disclosed. * A patch test can be performed on request before full application. Health & Illness Sanitation, Licensing & Safety * All brushes, tools, and products are kept sanitary and are sanitized between every makeup application. * Any skin condition should be reported to the artist prior to application; a small test may be performed if needed. * Clients agree to release the artist, Stephanie Wilson / Pink Mantis Beauty, from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. Pink Mantis Beauty follows TN State Board of Cosmetology standards. Licensed artists must complete 750+ hours of sanitation and safety training. We also stay up‑to‑date with CDC and Tennessee Department of Health guidelines. Due to COVID‑19 and other health considerations, we take all reasonable precautions to avoid contamination and maintain a safe service environment.
