Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment * No date is held without a payment and a signed contract. * Payment Schedule: The full service balance is due at time of booking. * Forms of Payment: We accept [Venmo, Zelle, Credit Card, etc.]. A third party processing fee may apply towards payment based on selected payment. Please see other possible fees that may be apply. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling * Client Cancellation: Because of the high demand of services and clients booked out until 2028, Pink Mantis Beauty has limited availability. This applies only to non bridal or event clients- If the client cancels after the 7 day window of the event, the deposit will not be refunded and the full remaining balance is still due. If an appointment is cancelled before the 7 days window, only your deposit will be lost. *[Bridal cancellation policy is strict in terms of contractually agreement and it not being able to be adjusted once signed] (Brides who schedule trial have within 48hr of trial (only applies to brides who book a trial) to cancel day of contract. In that event, the deposit will be lost but the wedding day balance will not be owed. After that no changes to contract can be made, any cancellation will result in the full amount still being owed. If you did not have a trial, any forfeit, or cancelation made is the the clients responsibility to pay the total amount owed at, with taxes, fees and gratuity added. *Artist Cancellation: In the highly unlikely event that the artist cannot perform services due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued, and the artist will attempt to find a qualified replacement. * Client Late fee: Appointments will be canceled for clients arriving no more than 30 minutes late and charged for full amount. * Travel Fee: A travel fee of $1 per mile applies to any location further than [20 miles] from [37128]. * Mobile Services: We provide mobile or on-demand services only. However, A trial appointment or in-home studio appointment is optional upon request ONLY (studio location is Murfreesboro). All Appointments for services are on a first come, first serve basis! * Parking: All parking fees, valet, or tolls incurred at the service location (especially for downtown Nashville hotels) are the responsibility of the client. Typically downtown hotel clients have me valet and put it on the room, however if pr-validation or guest parking accommodations have been pre-arranged please let the owner/and or artist know before arriving for appointment.
